Gruner Humpen Zu Meissen - Meißen

We had a nice meal here in a small courtyard. Can't understand some of the reviews as we found the service to be very good. We'd come back if we were back in Meissen.

Terrible service, terrible food and terrible staff. this place doesn't change a bit. The lady has serious attitude problems that I and several guests were shocked when she shouted at her daughter.

The red haired lady has some bipolar problems. She didn't even greet us, we waited about 10 minutes and sit. Then she put us next to an old couple and we asked if we could move the table for a few centimeters... she said arrogant NO!! as if we had done something against them. We went out what I noticed, she cooks with a dog walking around the kitchen disgusting

In the Green Humpen I was a guest several times. The service is excellent and we were very friendly. The food is excellent. A balanced price-performance ratio is available. Small tip: The chocolate and vanilla ice cream tastes so delicious.

Bratkartoffeln, rumpsteak and salat was the offer of the day and also our choice. the rumpsteak was more of a medium to well fried. the bratkartoffeln a little too degreasy/fatty. the little salad plate okay. for the location there would be 5 stars... Sitting in the backyard was very cozy. Overall we had expected more at the foot of the albrechtsburg..schade!
