There were beef bags with red cabbage and real Thuringian clubs. The ambience of the restaurant Schlundhaus was very appealing. The service was very accommodating and nice. The food was tastefully good, but from our point of view nothing special. They didn't tear us off the chair either. They were not better than the Bavarian dumplings from the Hintermeierhof in Münchshofen. We therefore believe that Thüringer Klöße is not better than all others have eaten so far.
