Close to the Klemensplatz, this is an easy, nice, friendly restaurant cafe, with a huge wooden terrace. The waiters are all nice. The food is really good, but sometimes it take a bit time to get it. It s not a typical german beer...bar. If you go there, have a look at the lamps on the street
Food is ok but the plus is that they have an english menu. I had breakfast there once and dinner there a few times. For dinner the lamb chops were ok. Whatever temperature you asked them to cook at it will be one level higher....So if you say medium it will be medium well. Maybe I am just not sued what it means in Germany. The mashed potatoes were good and so were the Greens. The prices are reasonable and the service is ok. The location is nice because you can sit right there on the deck outside, which was great.

All reasonable value and normally reasonable service (compares well with other local restaurants). We are regulars and are normally very happy just one thing to be aware of: as the kitchen is quite small the service gets quite slow when it is busy.
Like El_Tenerdor, I'm bemused by the bad reviews. We visited the area in July and stumbled across Werthvoll looking for a late dinner. Definitely one of the best finds of our trip; after weeks of choosing between Italian, döner or schnitzel, their interesting menu...was really refreshing. Everything we had was excellent, from the matjes and rosemary potatoes, to the choices of local alt beers. The outdoor tables were well spaced and the street was quiet, and the service was fantastic: enthusiastic translation of the menu for our English speakers, super friendly, and perfectly responsive, even though they were fairly busy. I'm recommending it to all our friends in NRW.
Than to get an hi And it was not full. They simply don't care about us. Then I ask for a children's chair. She just pointed out where it was...
