We always order delivery from this restaurant. Sometimes we receive our food in 20 minutes, while other times it takes 45 minutes. They are usually busy, but the estimated delivery time is consistently 45 minutes. The establishment is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious and fresh, especially the special pizzas and salads. We love this place! View all feedback.

After 45 minutes, my food arrived. While the wait wasn't a huge issue, as a diabetic, I needed to eat after taking my insulin, and I was looking forward to my meal. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The wings were undercooked, and the fries were only lukewarm at best. I called Supremes and spoke with the same woman who took my order. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the food quality and was put on hold. When she returned, she offered me two options: a refund or the chance to pick up a remake of my order. I explained that I currently didn’t have a car because my husband was at a friend's house watching the Patriots game. I requested to speak with the owner. After another hold, I was told that the owner refused to talk to me. She said he had too many deliveries to handle and declined my request to remake my wings and fries until they completed the new orders. In my 47 years, I have never encountered such terrible customer service and a complete refusal to address a legitimate complaint. I wasn't asking for extra money or special treatment; I just wanted my order corrected and redelivered. To make matters worse, I was hung up on. I’ve seen many other negative reviews about this establishment, with a common theme emerging: sometimes the food is decent, but many complaints revolve around the owner’s dismissiveness and rudeness. It seems like the food quality is hit or miss, but when it comes to customer service, I would give them a big fat F on their report card.
I work at the Microgroup and have ordered from Supreme many times because it's conveniently located right up the street. However, we only have thirty minutes for lunch, so I typically schedule my food to arrive at noon. Unfortunately, for the past two days, they have delivered my food half an hour early, and today it was a full 45 minutes early. This means the food has to sit until our lunch break, resulting in anything that should be hot ending up cold. I called to express my concerns, and I was told they didn't hear my request. Two days in a row? That's unacceptable. I’m done ordering from there.
After waiting about 45 minutes, I received my meal. While this wasn't a huge issue, I’m diabetic and had to eat shortly after taking my insulin. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the food. The wings were undercooked, and the fries were barely warm. I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction and spoke to the same person who took my order. After explaining the situation, I was put on hold. When she returned, she offered me two options: a refund or a remake of my order for pickup. I explained that I didn’t have a car at the moment as my partner was watching a game at a friend’s house. I asked to speak with the owner and waited a few minutes. When she returned, she informed me that the owner said they weren’t doing any remakes and that I would have to place a new order instead. I was shocked by the lack of customer service and refusal to address a legitimate complaint. I didn’t ask for extra money or compensation; I simply wanted my order to be correct and a refund for the mistakes. Instead, I felt dismissed. I have since read many other negative reviews about this restaurant, and they seem to share common themes. Sometimes the food is acceptable, but many complaints appear to go ignored by the owners. It seems like a "hit or miss" experience, but in terms of customer service, I would rate them a big fat F.
