I visit Strood Starbucks everyday, yesterday my experience was very shocking. I was at the till and I was making my order and I asked for ‘Oat milk and the gentleman (Aiden) said they don’t have any. Its a shame people can't be polite as the staff. Today witnessed customer ranting at staff who were dealing with customers at the time. They were busy and I thought dealing with it very well. Well done to u.
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly rude. One of the girls completely ignored my presence and had a very unpleasant demeanor. The coffee was terrible and the service was even worse. I regret going there and would not recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
I was shocked to see not one but two dogs in store with a water bowl on the table so due to mums allergies couldn't even sit inside.Also during current covid situation where we are all trying to be super clean theres dogs climbing over the sofa chairs
Visited today for the second time and was struck by how dirty this store is. The counter,tables and floor were sticky and had food on them. The chairs were badly stained and very unpleasant to sit on. The coffee was luke warm. Will probably not be returning
I went here with some friends just after the opening in september 2017 and it was a pleasant experience, friendly staff and good coffee, I would recommend this place.
