The new load is fantastic! so much seating and the whole room feels brighter. the coffee and the food were delicious as always, and the staff in this special filiale of the costa were wonderful. worth a visit.

The workers are angry, they all do their absolute best, even if there is only one person working the 9 o'clock haste. phenomenal coffee and service, the personal always happy, a chat especially with regular. I have never had a bad experience here that could not be explained by lack of help from the supplier or was briefly pityed (understood in our current climate). the personal has the absolute most, not even by customers sometimes gills native know about vandalism rise and they still be able to do their best. some people in the reviews do not understand that service workers are also human, they will not always manage a smile when they have worked a 6 hour shift with the lunches with only two people on the staff. the young here were always just nice to me, and I think the people are just upset that some of them have a nonsense attitut.

Today, I decided to visit the new Costa in Gillingham to see if the service had improved with the new shop. I ordered a flat white and a cheese and tomato sandwich. Unfortunately, the flat white was mostly froth, with the cup feeling almost empty. The sandwich was undercooked and lacked color, resembling more of a melted cheese mess on bread. It seemed like the oven was opened multiple times during the cooking process, resulting in the disappointing quality of the food. Ultimately, I ended up throwing both the coffee and food away. In short, despite being a new shop, the service was still poor. I will be sticking to the Costa in Hempstead Valley for better service in the future, as I cannot afford to waste money at the Gillingham branch again.
