Unprofessional. The food wasn't fresh. The acid cream was room temperature, it was poured into my bowl like water. I don't think the sour cream should do that. Waited 30 minutes for my online order, which was placed 40 minutes before my arrival in the store. After I had eaten the bowl, I felt sick. I'm not gonna eat in Chipotle, in his current capacity.

In the rush to get the product out, the Burrito bowls are often undercooked. The tacos chips are too thin. For a restaurant with Burritos they should offer refried beans as optional filling. The Granite Run Mall is new and spacious with indoor and outdoor seats.
