Good pizza. Would never order again. It’s not the food, it’s getting the order correct that is the problem. Once, ok. Twice, it happens. Nearly every time I place a simple order, it is wrong. Sure. Refund my money for what you did wrong, how do you refund my time? I picked the food up each time, who refunds that expenditure? I’m left to pay for the continuous mistakes. The pizza here is outstanding! The sauce is packed with flavor, and the crust is perfectly done. I've consistently had great experiences when ordering for pickup.
1010 Pizza catered our work lunch today. Everyone loved the food, and it was clearly so fresh! 1010 supplied everything we needed, so much so it exceeded my expectations to say the least. The experience was a great one beginning to end. Ordering was easy, they verified my order the morning of for accuracy, and the driver showed up promptly, arriving the exact minute I asked them to be here to deliver. Having options that fit everyone's dietary needs for a large group is not easy, but it felt like a breeze at 1010. I would definitely recommend 1010 to anyone in the area, and will definitely return for another special occasion lunch.
I placed an online order and was pleasantly surprised that the food was ready earlier than anticipated. I brought it to work, and everyone absolutely loved the pizza! We couldn't stop talking about it for days. It was honestly delicious!
I ordered a cheese pizza but received cheesy bread instead. There was literally no sauce on the pizza. The customer service was excellent, and perhaps they were just having a rough day, but it was mainly just cheese and bread. I think if the pizza had some sauce, it could have been quite good.
