Wow, they seem to have introduced a new menu with some incredible flavors for their chicken! I tried the Thai spicy chicken, and my friends sampled two other varieties. Overall, Boston Market has really stepped up their game. Great job! View all feedback.
What Mehdi Parmentier doesn't like about Boston Market:
Both the woman taking my order and the guy behind the register were unwelcoming and rude. The woman gave me attitude twice for asking how are you and do you have ____ . Guy behind the register just said pay over here in a rude tone and wouldn 't look at me or say anything else. Very unwelcoming staff. View all feedback.
Apart from our soup, everything else was great, including the young lady at Boston Market in medford or Wellington circle, which made our order make her great customer service for the missing soup!
The rotisserie chicken here is awesome!! I’ve been living in Boston for a few months and started to get homesick for mom’s roast chicken and this place hits the spot! Just as good as moms, always comes piping hot even though we get it delivered and it’s a 15 minute drive at least. They use DoorDash but we order directly on their app. App easy to use and quick, no hassle. Delivery is free for orders over $20. Crazy cheap for what you get, comes earlier than ETA always and the chicken is fresh as promised. One time we had an issue with the DoorDash driver and the manager was happy to deal with it quickly and effectively. Talked to him and he remembered our order right away and fixed the problem.
I finally downloaded doordash and got me some boston Market!im a first time customer and dint even know these big food chains like boston market were able to deliver!!The food was delivered fast and still very hot.Everything was neatly packed and the food was amazing as is always is when you dine in.im happy with the app and with the food at boston market!they never dissappoint.
Very quick service. Mac and cheese is by far the best side. Still the same as I remember growing up. Apples are great too. Quarter white chicken with 3 sides, cornbread and large drink will run you about $12 and change. Throw a brownie in and it's another dollar or so. So there's good value. Chicken is moist and hot, but needed some salt. Corn was good, but again needed salt in my opinion. Overall, it's a good value
Boston market was my favorite place until I saw a mouse running around the food tables. I told the cashier how she seemed to care.
