The restaurant... read more We discovered Alfredos while driving by. My friend Melvin loved his pizza, and I really enjoyed my Mexican wrap—it was super fresh and delicious. The restaurant is clean and has a nice variety of drinks. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

The prices are unbeatable, and the portions are always generous enough for at least two meals. I usually stick to the chicken dishes, especially the Chicken Venetian, while my friend is a big fan of the chicken parm sub. We've also enjoyed the steak tips for dinner and in salads. My boyfriend introduced me to Alfredo's in Medford over 10 years ago, and I can honestly say that we are consistently satisfied and impressed with our experiences! – MaryAnn John
