I personally loved the smoked oysters, nebelbutter spruten, spicy beef was all to die! and my entree tintenpaste with carburized otopus in umeboshi was killer, a serious taste bomb. the cherry was up, how rad it was to come to my homey’s restaurant on a Friday evening to his employees crank from scratch to order dishes and cocktails like a smooth well oiled machine. it really gave me a smile on the face! I recommend to them to check brassica for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
