Royal Pizza - MEDFIELD

A very good Greek pizza place. Greek style is not my favorite, but sometimes we have luck and the crust comes more pan / fluffy style. the salads are also fresh and tasty. the service is great- we seem to have the same delivery driver and it is fast and friendly. they have never been too late with the delivery.

Today, our local school lost power after last night's nor'easter. School was not called however. We had no lights, no ovens, and no hot food for the children. Royal Pizza came through. In three staggered deliveries, matching the school's lunch schedule, Royal Pizza delivered 60 hot cheese pizzas, right on time, and with very short notice. The kids were asking for seconds. They loved it! Royal Pizza was a lifesaver. Great thanks to the folks at Royal!

I always order the same pizza and ask for it to be cooked a little longer. I got my pizza and drove to my destination only to find it was under cooked. I called to ask what happened and the guy said he would write my name down for a free pizza. When I called to get that free pizza the guy pretended like he no idea and told me there was no name written anywhere.

I ordered pizza and when I opened the box and pulled out a slice it wasn’t cut all the way through. This happens every time. Cut the pizza throughly next time please

The customer service is always efficient, fantastic vibes, super nice staff members. I will visit here again when I arrive here.
