Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Mechanicsville

I was different for a smoothie tonight. I had a taste for something sour and they had nothing on the menu Saures. So I asked Gabriel(I think this is how you spell it) for something sour and sweet. I told him that my favorite sweets were sour patch children and jolly rancher. He said he would mix some flavors together and make me right. And that he did it is AMAZING and we called it Gabriel’ Sour Slime!!! If you ask him so mad and sweet to do it for you, you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Gabriel and it was my first time in there. I will definitely go back

I love the heathier food they offer compared to other fast food options. I am currently obsessed with the dragonfruit smoothie and the Thai chicken wrap. Staff is friendly. Service is fast. Store is clean. Prices are moderate.

Everytime I come on Sunday mornings. The young lady who works behind the counter gives me attitude as soon as I walk in. It's like she doesn't want to do her job and you just don't feel welcomed. My smoothie was made fast and delicious but the customer service could definitely be better. The last time I came in she made me wait for over 5 mins when I was the only one in the store. I just wanted my smoothie. I did nothing to deserve to be treated like this.

Smoothie was thick couldn't even drink it right. Employee was rude and wasn't using proper safety for germs.

Stopped with my daughter, the woman behind the counter was not friendly at all and seemed to be bothered by her job. Get our smoothies, and my daughters turned out just fine. Mine came out with only 3/4 of the cup full. For the price of the smoothies and seeing all the others come out full to the lid was frustrating but I wasn't about to spend another minute inconveniencing the woman behind the counter.
