The young blonde gentleman with braces working the drive thru window tonight, 6/21/2024 around 8-9 pm, was incredibly kind and gave amazing customer service. I wish I’d looked at his name tag View all feedback.
What Nancy McCartney doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Went there and rang the button to order got no response hit 2 more times went thru the drive thru and finally ordered after a long wait, the 2 guys were rude and not helpful at all customer service sucks View all feedback.
They dont take apple pay. Food and shakes where awesome food freshly made. Thank you
I have ordered online from this location numerous times and every time I do something is wrong. This time they forgot my orders of tots and when I called the store the phone was disconnected
I usually have a great experience but 1. When being told to proceed with my order- I was interrupted with “what did you say?” 2. I was accidentally charged for someone else’s order. The cashier never mentioned it to me, until I mentioned it due to getting a text message that my card was charged twice. I asked if I was going to get a refund for the amount I was charged. I was told I was immediately refunded and I was given a refund receipt upon request. I have worked in fast food in the past and I don’t expect 5 star hospitality for a fast food restaurant. I’m not upset, I just want this young lady to understand communication is key and someone else’s money isn’t something to play with- have this been someone else, this situation could have been way more serious.

I was standing outside waiting for someone to come assist me when a man walked up and opened the door I assumed he worked there because he looked like he was about to walk in. And employee immediately came over and saw both of us standing there and asked the man what he needed. He informed him that the stall 13 wasn't working and they were trying to order. Instead of pulling to another one of the dozens of terminals like a sane person he walked over and opened the door and started to walk in. This behavior however was rewarded as they went to a system to place their order like a child and then walk them back inside of the employee only area and forming them it was OK because it's hot outside. All as I continued to stand there melting, interesting. I'm not sure why that white man took priority? Are you Sonic?
