Poor service, staff doesn't care bc they don't have enough employees for anyone to get fired over being terrible. Went for Father's Day. Took just under 5 hours, yes I said 5 hours, for our family of 13 to get sat, served and fed. Got there at 12:45 and left at 5:30. Never ever again. The only reason we didn't leave after the first hour is bc we were invested and knew there was a wait anywhere else we could choose to go during to the holiday. Thank goodness my family has a great sense of humor and we made the best of it with jokes and alcohol. Honestly the family time was top tier and the disastrous memory is one none of us will ever forget. It was my first time at Ruby Tuesday's in a decade and now I remember why I never choose this restaurant. They deserve no stars. This location should be closed and will be in time.

My mom tried it and sh... read more We used to love this place.. now it’s horrible. My sister wanted to go for her birthday. Her and my dad mentioned the steaks taste weird. My mom tried it and she said it was spoiled. Her chicken was completely raw. The salad bar was wilted and disgusting. The waitress took our drink order than took over 30 minutes to come get our order even though there was only one other table in the entire restaurant. The only other table was upset behind us and should have been our sign to leave. Never again. Let me repeat myself once more.. the meat was either SPOILED (beef) or RAW (chicken). They’re going to make someone very sick. Now I know why it’s constantly empty. We told the waitress our issues and she just brings us our entire bill. Doesn’t get a manager or remove any of the bad food. This will not be the only place I repeat all of this and I never complain. It says a lot.

There was a group ahea... read more It should have been a sign when we walked in to walk out. I use to love Ruby Tuesday. It was a Sunday and they were really not that busy. There was a group ahead of us waiting. As I sat, I saw the host table. It looked like the bottom of it had been attacked by termites because it was collapsed. It took a few minutes before someone acknowledged that there were people waiting and sat everybody. The booth seats had the worst springs (shot and worn) and the vinyl was terribly cracked. Our server came and took our drink orders and food orders. I just got the water and the salad bar and my partner got a beer, a smash burger, and salad bar. Well, the spring greens are the bar had quite a few wilted greens and some looked slimy. The mushrooms were covered in brown spots and, again, some slimy look on a few. The only a few dressings were labeled so who knows what each of the white dressings were, and, finally, the best part of thier salad bar, the croutons, were super stale. As we sat to eat, we still had yet to receive our drinks. After sitting for a while with our salads, I saw our server out of the side of my eye look over and realize they had not brought our drinks. I was given my water and the beer was placed in front of my partner, still in a can with no offer for a glass. When the burger arrived, it was not only tiny, but the bun was rock hard and stale. The flavor of the burger was something different. No clue what was going on but it did not taste like a burger or beef. She only ate a third of it before she said she just can’t do it. I really miss Ruby Tuesday on my side of town but, if this one is an indicator, I can see why they have shut so many down.
