China Wok - Mechanicsville

Carry out Chinese food at its worst. The family owned restaurant is totally overwhelmed and food quality suffers. $40 for 3 meals and the food is not edible. Kang Pao chicken and Hunan beef both were soaked in so much oil you could run a car off of it. Chicken Fried Rice ha no veggies, no egg, nothing- just chicken and rice. I won’t bother to leave a second bad review as I won’t be back to suffer paying so much for such awful food again. This has got to be the worst Mechanicsville has to offer… Parking: Plenty

Excellent Chinese food, always made fresh, hot, and delicious.

We love China Wok, fast, friendly service and freshly prepared food. Love the Hot and Sour Soup!!! Also, regularly get the Chicken Hunan, Pork Fried Rice, Egg rolls and recently tried the Moo Shu Pork, all very good. Hard working people who provide great food. Love the app to do online orders, make it quick and easy! We go there at least once/week. I didn’t comment on atmosphere as we always do take out.

My favorite spot to get great Chinese food. Especially the won ton soup !
