What Walton Von doesn't like about Bojangles:
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor. When I went to the condiment station, there were no napkins or hot sauce available. I informed the staff about this issue twice, but nothing was fixed by the time I left 30 minutes later. I'm a customer service fanatic. I don't get places where my patronage is not appreciated. I know everyone has their own experience, but this situation was always extremely friendly and friendly to me.
