We spent some days in Luso/Bussaco during the COVID lock when many restaurants and hotels were closed. because the holidays were somehow difficult, we were look... read more We spent some days in Luso/Bussaco during the COVID lock when many restaurants and hotels were closed. because the holidays were somehow difficult, we were looking for easier options than the traditional leitao we decided to go beyond the beaten one. we specialize in grilling this restaurant. we were not disappointed. we have tried secretos de porco preto (meat of black pork) and (posta de vitela) a thick calf. that was amazing. both meats were tender and juicy. if yoh are looking for a special taste, please choose the pig. every meat comes with aside courts at their choice. we have decided: batata a murro, migas (they must really try this bean, cabling, corn bread side dish, which is typical of portugal. they will not be disappointed. we decided to choose a typical bairrada wein to go with the meat. if they doubt what to drink, they simply ask the owner for advice. he is very friendly and will be very happy to help them in their choice.
