First time here in years. I used the mobile app to order. It was ready in less than 15 minutes. As I went in and gave my name, the bag was pulled off tue ready shelf. Staff were super friendly. Subs were very good and didn't taste like a generic steak and cheese sub. Price was reasonable. Definitely recommend. View all feedback.

I placed an order on the app and expecting it done at a specific time. It was 15 minutes past the time that I was told it would be ready. I’ve worked a jersey Mike’s before and I’ve worked in restaurants before and you’re supposed to do online orders as they come in whether you have two people in line or 22 people in line. I would give them a 0 but it's not an option I've been here 5 times in the past month and they never have any tuna fish we only have enough to make a small one is what I hear
Ordered two sandwich’s on DoorDash totaling 50 dollars. They literally forgot to put my famous Philly in the bag!!! The food here is way too expensive for yall to be that neglectful. Ridiculous!!!!!
Last three experiences we had we received the wrong orders, food was incorrectly made. And not ready at the time it was pronounced to be ready.
All Dairy Queen should be in a Jersey Mike's shop.That way, you can eat your lunch and dessert as well.
On March 1 came in to place our order between 3:30 and 4 we placed our order she stopped in the middle of cutting the meat walked off and left us standing there . When the subs were passed to the next station for the toppings that employee did the same just walked off and we had to wait for her to come back to finish our subs . It made me feel like we were inconvenient to them because they had to wait on us.
