In the past six months, they have brought in some skilled management staff who have noticeably improved both the quality of their service and the speed of food preparation. The staff is also exceptionally friendly!
I really have to give credit where it's due. After nearly 20 hours at work, I walked in and was greeted by Mrs. Nancy, who welcomed me with a warm smile and a fantastic personality. She truly brightened my evening with a classic tomato fizz, making me feel right at home in the hotel.
