Pizza Al's - McMurray

My two sons and I have had Pizza Al's delivered before; however, we decided to go in for dinner one night while we were out. We had the place to ourselves; however, they were pizza turning out pizzas. It was a cool vibe, TV for the baseball game, and nice big table for the 4 of us. Large pizza was plenty, and the slices were huge (see pics) We just got extra cheese but it was great! We will return for sure! Food: 5

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance when the Wendy’s dining area was closed, and I wanted to treat my two teenagers to a meal. We ordered a large pizza, and the staff was incredibly friendly, bringing our order directly to the table. They kindly asked us to leave our trash on the table, and they would take care of it. The pizza itself was thin, with just the right amount of crispness, and it was absolutely delicious. As a native New Yorker, I’ve tried many pizzas in Pittsburgh, but this one truly impressed me. It was outstanding! My kids enjoyed it as well, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you! Kid-friendliness: We felt very welcomed.

We ordered takeout, so I can’t speak to the atmosphere. However, the staff is always incredibly friendly and pleasant. The pizza is fantastic, and the salad is equally great. I especially love the thick mozzarella on the salad! Food: 5, Service: 5.
