Came on 05/04 and was given the wrong order at the window!!! So much for using the mobile app!! Long wait time. Drive thru takes forever. Horrible customer service.Came and gave them another try. I placed a pick up order. They told me they would be with me in a minute then proceeded to help everyone on the other drive thru lane before I was even helped. I was forgotten until I started saying “hello?” To the speaker. View all feedback.
Waited 45 mins for a McChicken and fries, while staff goofed off with each other. 10 mins, I understand, but almost an hour for a sandwich and fries?
It's Micky D's. ?It'll do in a pinch. The eating area is clean. I don't go often, but the staff are always nice.

My dine-in breakfast order was ready quickly and served hot.
Arrived inside at 1027am. Kiosk didn 't have breakfast so waited at counter. Finally got help at 1030am. Emmanuel said no more breakfast. I explained that I was at the kiosk well before and it was still exactly 1030am so asked if he could go confirm breakfast was not an option. He leaves the counter and starts to make coffee drinks. Comes back 5ish mins later to tell me manager said no. I asked why he couldn 't just tell me that right away without making coffee drinks for others. I 'm too busy. No apology, no nothing. CLEARLY does not care about customers. I get that I was pushing close to swap over from breakfast, fine. Rude though to leave front to go ask a question and never return only to tell me he was too busy to. This store needs help on their breakfast transition. It should be 1030, not a few mins before. Plus have SOME empathy for a customer and actually reply to me before going and doing other tasks. Try harder McDonalds. ?
