Dairy Queen - Mcleansboro

I just went through the drive thru and they got my order wrong. When I came back, with the food and the receipt, they refused to fix it without charging me more. I would have gladly paid the .81 price difference that it was supposed to be but the GeneralManager tried to charge me $3.19 more. Then when I asked for her name and the corporate phone number, she refused to give methose. I looked on the receipt for her name and the person whose name was on the receipt wasn 't even working at that time. Sonot only was she rude, she was working under someone else 's name. I will not go back there again. Horrible customer service.

Our McLeansboro IL Dairy Queen has quality fast food. Alaskan cod fish, rotisserie chicken, raspberry Shake, great selections. Service since Covid-19 restrictions is fast efficient.

I absolutely love their ice cream, but the prices are getting outrageous. It was over $12 for just a small and a medium sundae!

This Dairy Queen is a disappointment. Don’t expect friendly service; you certainly won’t find it here. If you try to order the $6 cheeseburger deal without cheese, be prepared for a rude response. You'll be firmly informed that it’s a $6 cheeseburger deal, not a $6 hamburger deal, and customization isn’t an option. It seems they have these burgers pre-made, and you have to accept them as-is. Additionally, don’t count on getting anything that includes bananas, as they frequently run out. Overall, this Dairy Queen is poorly managed!

This is the best spot for a burger! I highly recommend trying the Flame Thrower Burger.
