Their indifference a... read more This restaurant doesn’t accept cash, which I find quite surprising. The staff was rather unpleasant, a sentiment echoed in several reviews. Their indifference and curt demeanor made for an unwelcoming atmosphere. The business should definitely pay attention to the numerous comments about this issue, as it could harm customer relationships. On a positive note, the food was quite good, but there are better bakeries throughout Northern Virginia that also offer excellent customer service. Because of this experience, I don't think I’ll be returning.

The staff demonstrated a shocking level of incompetence, unable to handle even basic tasks. Wait times were atrocious, making me question whether they even value their customers' time. Overall, it is a frustrating and regrettable visit that I won't be repeating.

They take great care in crafting high quality menu items that are presented and served beautifully. They have a high volume of business which shows that they are knowledgable about attracting and keeping their customers. Paul French Bakery Cafe is a tremendous asset to the upscale Tysons Galleria Mall and is an awesome place to eat a healthy, nourishing meal or a hot coffee paired with a tasty dessert or pastry!

He seemed to view customers as an inconvenience rather than as guests, and his demeanor conveyed that he was doing us a favor by serving us. This lack of hospitality significantly detracted from my overall enjoyment of the visit.
