What Princess Leo doesn't like about Chopt Creative Salad Co.:
The store has good food but you all need to do better. Start paying attention to these orders because too many times my delivery order has been wrong. Need to train your staff to learn to read and write English or the managers need to be inspecting these orders. The next time I spend my hard-earned money in my order is incorrect I will be calling corporate View all feedback.
The Glastonbury, CT Chopt opened and I was excited to try it — but sadly I won’t be back! $27 with tip for a salad that was bland, had funny tasting shrimp, and they tried to put a brown avocado half in my salad before I stopped them. They are also very chintzy with the portions of each item you choose for your salad. The place is bright and has a good vibe, but the food was just sub par and the price was ridiculous. I thought the salad bar at Whole Foods was expensive — but they are cheap compared to this place! Sorry — I really wanted to like this place, but I just can’t.
