I absolutely loved the bowl I created and found that it didn't even need any dressing because the beets themselves were so flavorful. I would give it a 10/10 rating. View all feedback.

Lamb meatballs tasted good, unfortunately the portion size was small. The atmosphere was what you would expect from an Americanized Mediterranean place. Need to make the menu larger and place on a more visible wall. The service was kinda meh especially for it not being busy. View all feedback.
I had a fantastic time at Cava at Tyson's Mall, mainly because of their outstanding employee Scott. He was incredibly kind and enthusiastic when taking our order, and he even introduced me to a delicious new sauce that I fell in love with. The ingredients were exceptionally fresh as well. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience, Cava Tyson's! I hope you hire more employees like Scott in the future.
Was eager to try the food, looked amazing!Spent 15 minutes trying to find parking in the parking garage and walking to the restaurant. Finally made it in and stood in a long line. I was to place a $100 order to get food for several coworkers who gave me money. After all that, they REFUSED to accept cash. Money is money. None of us will NEVER go there and we are recommending that anyone we know does the same. They have lost a minumum 6 potential lifetime customers.
I went with my husband on Sunday evening, the food was great UNTIL I saw a mouse. What kind of restaurant is this!! This is disgusting. You should not be serving food while having rats. Never going back.
I can't get enough of this place! They have a fantastic variety of fresh foods and meats paired with delicious sauces. The drinks they offer are also amazing!
I visited this restaurant a couple of days ago and I must say the food was delicious. The place has a nice ambiance and the service was excellent, with staff always smiling.
