However, my recent experience with a pick-up order was frustrating. When I called to place my order, the lady was quite rude and even hung up on me. When I called back, she didn't improve her attitude. The food is sometimes acceptable, but my friend ordered from here last week and the fries were a concerning shade of brownish-black, suggesting they hadn’t changed the oil in a while. Plus, the food was cold. I'll update this review once I receive the order I just placed, but so far, this experience has been quite disappointing.

I ordered chicken wings, and the young woman at the front desk took my order. However, when I checked my bag, I discovered I had received drumsticks instead of wings. I approached her to clarify my order, and she took the bag back but didn't seem very helpful. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes while they supposedly prepared my order. When I asked for an update, she mentioned she wasn’t sure if they were still cooking my order or if it had been refunded. I then spoke with another staff member, who informed me that my order had indeed been refunded. I explained that I had been waiting for dinner for 20 minutes and that the previous employee hadn’t communicated this information to me. Overall, my experience was very frustrating.

However, after waiting for 45 minutes, I still hadn't received my food. To make matters worse, customers who arrived after me got their meals first. This was really disappointing.

His answer was that they were too busy, then hang up the call. Extremely rude and zero customer service skills. Is that the standard in Wingstop?
