The atmosphere may seem unassuming at first,... read more I can't believe I didn't know about this place before! It offers authentic Pittsburgh Italian cuisine at its best. The atmosphere may seem unassuming at first, but it quickly grows on you. The menu is fantastic and the food is of outstanding quality with amazing taste. We started with the stuffed peppers and green beans, which were a hit with everyone at the table. The freshly made linguine with flavorful sauces reminded me of my Italian mother's cooking. The BYOB policy with no corkage fee was a bonus. And the standout of the meal was the delicious lemon cake. The service was efficient and a visit from the owner made the night truly special. It was definitely worth the trip to this hidden gem.

The portion sizes were generous, and I chose the Gnocci, which came with the option of a salad or soup. I opted for the salad, which had a delicious homemade dressing. The Gnocci itself was outstanding. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. Service: Dine in.

There was only one other table seated when we got there and a couple of two had come in after us. Reminiscent of the Italian restaurant in the movie Moonstruck. we even tried the tripe once! Our favorites are the steak salad, the seafood, bisque, and chicken piccata!
