We make trips back to our hometown every couple of years to spend time with family and friends, and we always create a list of must-visit places to enjoy our favorite foods. What User dislikes about Riverside Bake Shop:
I heard they had kolaczki, so I was really excited to check it out. Unfortunately, what they referred to as "kolaczki" turned out to be a Danish pastry with jelly in the middle. Kolaczki are supposed to be cookies! They also had only three flavors: apricot, apple, and blueberry—no strawberry or raspberry, which was quite disappointing. Riverside Bake Shop has to be the BEST bakery around. Their chocolate covered donuts, apple bread, and fruit filled coffee cakes are incredibly delicious.
We want to thank Riverside for our wonderful wedding cake, cheesecake and brownies that we had for our wedding this past weekend! Thank you so much for our wonderful desserts.
This is my favorite spot for all things baked! I don’t even bother buying bread from the grocery store anymore. I make it a point to walk here once a week to grab some bread and treats. The baked goods are consistently fantastic, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. The hours can be a bit odd, but I would come in at any time just to enjoy these delicious offerings!
The best donuts in town, no question about it! I've been coming here for many years, and the quality has remained consistently excellent.
