The staff seems mismanaged, inadequately trained, and unusually rude. During my last visit, I ordered my usual 'doppio macchiato' but instead received a plain doppio. The employee didn't even know that espresso should be served at a temperature exceeding 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Getting a refund for my payment was a struggle, and no one offered to resolve the mistake in a way that could ease the situation. Unfortunately, this isn't the first instance of this issue! It truly reflects a profound level of systemic mismanagement.
