They fixed my order without any problem after giving me an iced drink, but the hot coffee they made was only warm, not hot. Also, my Friday sandwich was overly crispy—almost burnt. Overall, I was let down by the quality. Those two items cost nearly $12, and they definitely weren’t worth it.

For instance, today when I approached the woman at the register, she ignored me and walked away! Then a man who came in after me was immediately served before they even acknowledged my presence, even though I had been waiting in line first. As a customer, it’s frustrating because no matter how clear or specific I am with my order from the menu, something always seems to go wrong!

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on a plain bagel, but they gave me just a plain bagel with cream cheese instead. What a disappointment. I recommend the Lakemoor Dunkin’—they consistently do a great job.

I've been here both as a customer and a DoorDash driver, and each time the experience just keeps getting worse. The unprofessionalism from both the teenage staff and the adult employees is astonishing. As a customer, I would go out of my way to visit the other Dunkin’ on the other side of McHenry, even though this one is just a stone's throw from my house. And as a dasher, I dread it every time one of their orders comes through, but sometimes you just need the money! Every time I go in, all I hear is endless talking among the staff. Just today, I walked up to the woman at the register, who completely ignored me and then walked away! A guy came in right behind me, and they asked him what he wanted and served him before even acknowledging my presence, despite the fact that he was behind me in line. As a customer, no matter how specific and detailed I am about my order, it always gets messed up.
