Dined in with my girlfriend, very friendly pair of ladies working. For just them two the coffee/food came out swift and efficient, also tasted good. highly recommend

Horrible employees don't help you ignore you and mess up the orders enjoy a 25 min wait for coffee and donuts.. wow.

If I could give them zero stars I would lol I’ve came here as both a customer and a DoorDash driver and the experience gets worse every single time the unprofessionalism of not only the teenagers but the adult staff too is insane. As a customer I will drive out of my way to the other side of Mchenry for the other Dunkin even though this one is literally a stones throw from my house . As a dasher I cringe anytime one of their orders comes through but sometimes you just need the money! Every time I go in there is nothing but talking and talking and talking, then today I go in there walk up to the woman at the register she stands there doesn’t even acknowledge me and walks away lol then a guy comes in BEHIND me and is asked what he wants and gets it before I’m even acknowledged despite the fact that he came in and was in line behind me. As a customer it never matters how specific and detailed you are about what you want, it’s messed up every single time.

I stopped here since I'm on vacation. I needed coffee and the coffee was dripping all over my clothes. I had to go somewhere and if I tip the cup slightly, the coffee spills out through the cap (then what is the use of a cap? .They said they had 0 hot food. My friend ordered a donut, they asked him twice what kind of donut they wanted even though he said it twice.
