Cuppiecakes - Feedback

What Rita Benitez doesn't like about Cuppiecakes:
2 stars given for poor customer service. I was told over the phone to send what I wanted to the email address on the website and also called and left a voicemail, but no one responded or called me back. I understand if they couldn’t make what I wanted and also in such a short timeframe of only a few days, and would have been happy with something more simple. It’s okay because Baked Bliss saved me with a fabulous cake that looks and tastes amazing!. What Victor Lopez likes about Cuppiecakes:
Cuppiecakes of Waco in McGregor, Texas is a hidden gem that surpassed all expectations. Their house-made coffee is simply phenomenal, with a rich aroma and flavor that's hard to beat.
