The service is consistently excellent, from the warm welcome at the hostess stand to the attentive servers and the accommodating manager. The staff is well-informed about the menu and attentive throughout your meal. The atmosphere is lively and stylish, with trendy Edison bulb lighting adding to the charm. However, the bar service could use improvement. During each visit to Starshines, I’ve noticed that food often arrives at the table before the drinks, which is disappointing for those who enjoy sipping cocktails or wine while engaging in conversation before their meal. While the cocktails are tasty, they are also notably small; for instance, a Manhattan is served in a tall highball glass but only fills about four ounces, making the experience feel underwhelming. Similarly, the limoncello martini was served half-empty in a petite martini glass. Reliable and efficient bartenders are essential for keeping customers coming back. Despite this one issue, my overall experience at Starshines has always been fantastic.
