Our favorites are the brisket, p... read more It's hard to find really good barbecue in Indiana. Trax delivers with their low and slow smoked Meats cooked over Hickory wood. Our favorites are the brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. The sides are on equal par with their Meats, and all made in house,as are there several varieties of barbecue sauces. We love the dill pickles and the hush puppies especially. I wasn't braveenough to try this month's smashburger, which is two beef patties, pulled pork, brisket, pimento cheese, slaw and t.o.p. on abrioche bun. The food is really good, but what makes this place extra special is April. She is kind, friendly, and always ontop of things. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because they don't have corn nuggets ????. Worth a drive to check itout, enjoy a beer at the enjoined brewery, and spend time enjoying friends and great food. The picture is the 1/4 sheet (saysfeeds 1-2), which includes 3 Meats, 2 sides, slaw, Texas Toast, and pickles. It could easily feed 3 or more.

We weren't big fans of the sauces that we tried but none of the food needed any sauce. We will definitely be back again

The brisket was top notch quickly followed by the homemade pickles and slaw. The portion sizes are bang on for anyone w/a healthyappetite. Having the brewery attached was a nice, unexpected touch too.
