Hungry for a good sub and found it. Food coming out all looked yummy. We had a trailer issue and without bringing up we were in need of help, the owners approach us and connected us with local garage that came right away and guided us to assistance. Very friendly and went out of their way to help View all feedback.
What Absofruitly doesn't like about Citta' Deli:
Used to be a 5 star review but my god this place has dropped so hard. Between the ridiculously high prices, the rude and passive aggressive workers, and the unreliable food quality, it's just not worth it.. View all feedback.
The sandwiches were fresh and flavorful, fries were hot and crispy, and the ranch was homemade and delicious!
My brother and I just finished lunch here. The food was good but the service was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The bartender/server was incredibly rude. From the moment we sat down until we left, we felt like we were an inconvenience. I ALWAYS tip, however, I could not bring myself to reward his rudeness. We wanted to ask for our food to go after his rude behavior but he would not come back to wait on us. I feel obligated to let people know how you will be treated if you eat at this restaurant. Never going back.

Noisy. Expensive. Medium-well steak was practically raw and too much fat on it. They were out of cheesecake. The girl up front knew nothing about the specials or menu.
It's been a while since I ate here but the food was good. I had lunch, the Italian sandwich. Would like to try this place for dinner. I feel like McCook is short on decent restaurants and this is a pretty good place.
