Burger King - McCalla

Please try this Burger King out, especially if you're a trucker. Their dining room is closed because of Covid but Winston acknowledged truckers and allowed us to order. Abby was very kind and the cook was also. My food was hot and fresh.

Never opens on time. Ever. Orders wrong. Under horrid management. Corporate complaints go nowhere. This store has been a joke since it opened. Which is shameful considering. Managed correctly, this store would thrive here as other options are limited in this area. Until then, you may as well just stop at McDonald's. At least they're open...

Sign on door says open, but the people inside had the door closed at 6pm. I will never return, and this is unacceptable so close to a truck stop. Whomever owns this place really should look at the reviews and do something about it. They have a serious problem. It might be time to change management, and employees. I travel the country and I have not seen a Burger King with a 2 star rating. This is absolutely pathetic. I wish I would have checked the reviews before trying. The 1 time I didn't that will teach me.

Zero stars. Was only one in line and it took 15 mins to place order the wait 20 mins for food. When I received my order of whopper with cheese meal, spicy chicken sandwich meal and 8 piece nuggets. The nuggets where spicy when I asked for regular . My spicy chicken sandwich look like charcoal and didn't receive a single straw. So I returned to the line which I waited another 30 minutes to talk to someone. Whenasked for my money back on the spicy chicken sandwich meal. I was told the chicken looked fine and received alot of attitude from window employees. I will never visit that place of business ever again and will tell others.

The restaurant was closed for two days. What is the use of having a restaurant if they are not open? The staff wants to be paid $13 to $15 per hour, but they need to prove that they deserve it.
