This Taco Bell is much better than the Taco Bell near my house and worth the ride. I finally had tacos that didn't fall apart.
Staff is friendly. Never had a problem when ordering through the app and food is always ready on time. Place is always clean too.
One of the worst experiences in some time ordering from here or any restaurant I feel as if my business is not wanted.I left with a taco and no receipt upset because they let me know the order was being prepared so I waited. Some time passed my order was trough a mobile app so I had no order number. I just wanted my mango freeze and my free taco the representative that had just arrived stated he didn’t know anything about the order and tossed my items with my taco and just placed a cup on the counter I left the cup I didn’t get a name but I remember who they where and I have the time this happened I didn’t see a name tag but that is not how customers should be treated. And he not only once but twice slammed the cup on the counter I need the the district manager to contact in order to find a resolution I will make a formal complaint and will escalate this to where ever I have to so others are not treated like this

Always friendly and very fast at getting your order ready. This fast food restaurant is probably the fastest one in terms of getting you your order that I've been to.

Update: I went today to grab some nacho fries and food. It was tasty, as always with Taco Bell. I love it! However, they forgot our crunchy tacos. I went back the next day and got them, though.
When a representative arrived, he claimed he didn't know anything about my order. He carelessly tossed my items on the counter along with the taco and simply placed a cup there without a word. I didn’t catch his name, but I remember who he was and I noted the time of the incident. I also didn’t see a name tag, but that kind of treatment is unacceptable for customers. He slammed the cup on the counter not just once, but twice. I need the district manager to reach out to me so we can find a resolution. I will be submitting a formal complaint and escalating this issue to ensure that no one else has to endure such poor treatment.
