I offered to pick mine up earlier and still was told they couldn?t accommodate. This was after I asked the employee tocall a manager b/c he had no idea how to create an order for catering. What business turns away money????

I suggested picking mine up earlier, but they still couldn't accommodate me. This happened after I asked an employee to call a manager, as he didn’t know how to place a catering order. It's baffling how a business would turn away paying customers!

It was almost funny how she made a sarcastic comment, especially since no one had asked for extra bacon. There was absolutely no reason for her to react that way while making our sandwich.

I was ignored several times while trying to customize my sandwich. Nobody checked in to see if I was ready to order, which left me waiting while they attended to customers who came in after me. My order wasn't taken correctly, as the staff member struggled to understand me; I even had to raise my voice, but she seemed disinterested and continued to ignore me. The loud music probably contributed to the communication issues. I'm really disappointed, especially since proper social distancing wasn't being observed either.
