We opted for takeout, but the atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and inviting. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My partner and I enjoyed looking at the historical photos of the old mission at the register while our food was being prepared. The owner, Bobby (sorry if I spelled that wrong), came over to welcome us and was incredibly friendly. She sent us off with our order along with an amazing soup that she encouraged us to try. I'm so glad she did because it was delicious! I even called the restaurant afterward just to let her know. I don't know why we waited so long to try Southern fried food, but I can promise it won't be long before we come back!

The first bite was simply amazing! The Cajun seasoning is beautiful and packed with incredible flavors. The fries were also perfectly done with that same Cajun seasoning. We also sampled the chicken tenders, seasoned with their famous Cajun spice, and they were delicious! If you're looking for recommendations for great Southern food, you have to visit this wonderful Southern fried restaurant in Mission, Texas, located on Conway. That's why I'm giving the owner and staff a well-deserved 5-star rating. Great job, everyone! Keep up the fantastic work and continue to make us feel the warmth of Southern cooking.
