The ice is great, but the people I had happened to one of the workers her name was Lilianna. She was so inappropriate with my husband and asked questions and full of his hand, not as here the change and a random touch kind of thing. She touched him by his wrist. I understand being friendly, but she really took it far.

The best place to ever get ice cream the difference between them and Baskin Robbins is that Baskin Robbins ice cream in the shop-bought but Cold Stones ice creams are made by hand, which is why I highly recommend you to come and bring your kids here and at Cold Stones it is all about people #besticecreamever

The night shift employee who was in 11/2/2022 was such a treasure? The sweetest thing ever

Unfortunate to say the guys serving have no customer service mindset.They keep you about 30 minutes waiting in the line, very unproductive way of serving and managing orders taking forever to take orders or to charge.So finally you advance to be served and they just say, “oh sorry we ran out of strawberry ice cream”. What?Very frustrating that the guys in the shop do not have the minimum sense of attention to the customer like to put a signal or just let know the customers in line that they do not have some flavors available.The ice cream there is good, but the service is the opposite.
