Pizza Hut - McAlester

I've seen a mission to Doodoo before. But I called the store and they did it within 30 minutes. So I honestly can't complain about this place. And I say that as a former hat employee of over 7 years.

My pizza came out as I asked, the customer service was super a lady called Emily helped us definitely come back

Delivery was hot and rite on time. The delivery driver was very professional, and made sure She was at the correct address. Even made sure we had plates and utensils. Also asked that I verify my order, and made sure everything was to my liking. Very friendly and made me feel valued.

Other than making us mediums instead of larges that we ordered with the family feast..it was excellent!! The delivery driver was very quick and friendly. We called to let them know that while the food was correct..the size of pizza was wrong and so they gave us a 20 dollar credit(also offered to bring us the correct instead but we opted to do the credit) Great customer service. Good job ladies and gents

Time to renew this review, recently we decided to give this place another try and formerly had this at 1 star. The improvements this team has made in quality is second to none. We can't get enough of these orders now. Great job everyone keep up the great work
