Can never say enough good about this place for lunch. We had the Blackened Steak Salad, which was cooked to perfection. The raisin bread they sever just before meals is excellent. Waiters are so attentive. Atmosphere is great. Price was very reasonablefor a Steakhouse. Checks all the boxes. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about The Palm Tysons Corner:
I made a reservation for my girlfriend 21st birthday. When arrived i was greeted nicely with my guest but when seated we had a half drunken glass of wine sitting at the table and wasn't given the menu after 5 minutes or even asked for water. Later askedto move to a booth and was finally greeted after about 10 minutes by the server. I then ordered the tomahawk steak with alobster tail but the steak was not even cooked... Just a bit loud. Hard to have conversation at the table.
Service was good and especially liked the free valet service. Decor was a bit dated with caricatures of celebs that I never heard of. I was there for a business lunch. Ordered the blackened rib eye Caesar. Steak was a bit tough and the Caesar was nothing special at all. Lunch for 2 without alcohol or dessert came to just over $100. For that price, expected more.
The noise level was high. There was so much salt in the food that it was awful. It was a waste of time and it was def a waste of money.
Ordered grilled chicken sandwich as part of a business lunch. Chicken was flattened and overcooked, difficult to cut with even a steak knife. Very surprising as I’ve never had a bad meal prior to this visit.
We were sitting directly under a speaker playing music and I couldn’t here
The iconic Palm restaurant in Tysons Corner received mixed reviews from recent diners. Many expressed disappointment in the rushed service, average food quality, and lack of attentiveness from the staff. Some felt that the restaurant did not live up to its once excellent reputation. However, other diners had a more positive experience, praising the attentive service, delicious food, and charming atmosphere. Overall, it seems that while The Palm may have lost some of its former glory, it still has the potential to provide a memorable dining experience for those looking for classic steak and seafood dishes.

First time at the Palm, (any of them.) We came for the Lobster special, let m tell you huge doesn't describe how big it was.
4 star for a few reasons and some could have been timing and or just bad luckWe got a table for 10, walk in and the place is packed.
I came back with my mom and this time it was excellent. Service was good, and the food was fantastic.
Fine seafood with a Mexican twist. Good service adds to the meal. Convenient east mid town location. Worth the typical pricey NY cost.
Amazing!! The sangria and seafood dish with the cilantro rice was so good.

A classic DMV restaurant with a fantastic selection of steaks! One of the best places to bring a client when they are in town. The atmosphere has a wonderful old time DC era about it and the food is always fantastic! Would recommend Vegetarian options: Limited Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

We set a reservation for a party of 6 and specifically asked for separate checks. The food itself was average, the steak was good, but the fries were badly made. The steak tartare is not a steak tartare, but chunks of meat, good meat, but not in anysense a steak tartare. Our waitress Monia was very good and professional. I can't say the same about the manager Nick. As Isaid we had asked in the reservation separate checks, but the restaurant does not do that. They have a stupid policy about thataccording to the manager, even so when I asked for a solution he suggested that I could use the calculator on my cell phone, once this was our problem. What a shame for a manager. For a restaurant that shows itself as a high end with a high price, itshows itself as a low quality management and hardly high end food.
Absolutely amazing food and service every single time. The bar staff and managers go above and beyond ti ensure both quality of food and service that is friendly and welcoming. I got the biggest lobster of my life here and it was prepared perfectly! It'smy new local favorite. They even helped Max and Jamie, thank you so much for helping make sure I got my Laundry points logged!Love this place!

I then ordered the tomahawk steak with alobster tail but the steak was not even cooked just seared and was told the kitchen had closed. I felt uncomfortable with theservice and steak. I was informed the chef was a bit mad because my steak was undercooked and i payed over $700 and was giventhis type of service and food .what a joke I'm highly disappointed
So my wife and I visited The Palm for our anniversary. Needless to say for the money that I paid was disappointed. I will start with what was good. The complimentary valet parking, the jumbo shrimp cocktail and the raisin bread. Everything else was notworth the cost. The salad was just ok! The steak that I had was burnt on the top and my wife's steak which was supposed to bemedium and looked less cooked than mine. The broccoli raab was not good at all. The 3 cheese potato au gratin was basicallybland even though it was supposed to be 3 cheeses. The top it all off our waiter was let's say different. He actually reachedacross my wife's plate while she was eating to give her a soda and he actually came to our table an was coughing. I wish ourexperience was better. I expected that the food and service was going to be great but it was fair/poor!
