Massanutten Ski Lodge - Mc Gaheysville

I've been here with my grandmother for 6 or 7 years. While the lines for tickets can be long, it is a great experience afterwards. The lift visitors are attentive and make sure you are safe on the lift and you are not injured. Story Time: 3 years ago, my ski was caught and broken down on the middle station for the lower showtime. When I came to the top of the lift, they let me know that a skipper would take my ski out of the net and bring it back to me. The lift visitor at the top slows the lift down on foot, so I could get out safely. During the start of the season, usually not all the slopes will be open, but as the year progresses and colder more slopes will be opened. Even if it is warm for a few days, they will try to keep the main runs open (Southern Comfort, upper and lower showtime, and Diamond Jim. The cafeteria always has hot food, it's nothing imagination, or the best food ever, but always have bites to eat. And the hot chocolate is so good, just don't leave the excitement to you too much, wait a bit before drinking as it is extremely hot.

Beautiful fall colors and very large spread resort with a variety of accommodation styles. Not many types of food on the market for those who want to cook a meal in their accommodation and from what I heard about friends, no breakfast options. A few options for dinner; enjoyed our dinner last night at Campfire Grill!

My family loves to go to masseuses, they enjoy their time on the slopes. The Skipatrouilles are ingenious my daughter actually fallen and beat her head ended with a brain shock of the Gentleman who helped her was very attentive and super friendly. The main ski lodge needs some upgrades, but a fun place to go.

Fun experience and fast process to guarantee customer satisfaction. Be ready to rub with icyhot if you do not ski/snowboard often. Everything is purchased online, so if you arrive, you just need to get your tickets from the kiosks and then fill your boots and gear forms. Easy.

Love Massanutten!! The kids enjoy skiing here. Woodstone is our home away from home. VA BBQ is the place to eat at the resort. Everyone is friendly. What more can you ask for?!
