The service was enjoyable. We ordered steaks, which were well-seasoned, and the broccoli was delicious. I don't have any major complaints.
The only enjoyable dish was the sausage potato soup appetizer. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The meatloaf was dry, the gravy tasted like it was made from bouillon, the mashed potatoes were instant, and the mixed vegetables were overcooked to the point of mushiness. On a positive note, everything was served piping hot. However, we couldn't help but notice the filthy windows when we arrived, which should have been our first warning sign.
Mediocre experience overall. I ordered a club sandwich, and while it wasn't bad, it also didn't stand out—it was just an average sandwich. The same goes for the pie. Considering the type of restaurant, I expected homemade desserts rather than something from a store like Sam's Club. It wasn't terrible, but I was definitely hoping for something better.
