This place is nothing like it was a year ago. Under new management makes a difference. I stop by here almost everyday for lunch. It's fast friendly service. Evry time I get to the window there is always one person charging and packing and giving out orderthese people work to hard to give exceptional fast service they deserve to have at least one more to help them. What User doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
I always get the tostada salad and I never have an issue. Today I ordered the double chicken tostada and it was horrible. I couldn?t eat the chicken. It was hard and stale and more like shredded chicken. Disappointed. View all feedback.
A chicken avocado burrito ordered. Burrito was okay, didn't seem really fresh. I also ordered guacamole and chips. The guacamole was basically 3 pieces of avocado that was not completely mashed. Wasn't really my best experience.

A few days ago. The menu was limited. When they gave me my pages, the cup wasn't half full. The chicken pieces were burned and very tiny. Update: The administration told me it never happened and stones were kicked. Very professional.
The food is amazing as always! I ordered the double chicken tostada, and it was delicious. However, on my last visit, some pieces of chicken were really tough to chew. On other occasions, my meal has been fantastic!
This is a fantastic restaurant! The cashiers are friendly, and the service is quick. The establishment is clean, and the restrooms are accessible. You can also enjoy fountain drink refills in the self-serve area. Please note that masks are required for entry.
