I understand the need to minimize waste, but s... read more At Subway, I was disappointed to find that the lettuce and other vegetables on the menu were brown and not fresh. I understand the need to minimize waste, but serving customers produce that I wouldn’t use on my own sandwich feels a bit excessive.

We enjoyed two delicious toasted footlong sandwiches from the varied menu, accompanied by a great selection of chips and sodas. The tables were clean for dining in, and we were served by two wonderful staff members.

At first, we were told the owner doesn't allow employees to accept Subway coupons. We showed the employee the sandwich we wanted, completed the order, and left.... read more At first, we were told the owner doesn't allow employees to accept Subway coupons. We showed the employee the sandwich we wanted, completed the order, and left. As we drove out of town and opened the sandwich, it was the wrong one. I’m not impressed with the employees who took the order. I could understand mistakes if they were busy, but we were the only customers at the drive-thru.
