Was Donnie Johns at Sunrun Cafe a mag?
We LOVE this little cafe. We make the trip a few times a month just to go to the Sun Run Cafe. The food is always fresh, and they have very generous portions. The coffee is great and so are the treats! If you're in Maynooth, you HAVE to eat here! The *only* downside is that they aren't open beyond 3:00pm, so get there early! View all feedback.

Stopped here for a short break. Nice little place with tables outside. Their square butter tarts are to die for. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Sunrun is a feel-good, well-run and locally-loved place to enjoy lunch or brunch and maybe pick up some delicious homemade frozen dinners including wonderful coconut curries. The owner is also a caterer. A trip to Maynooth is well worth it - especially for those that love fun finds and primitive antiques, you can spend the afternoon there checking out Toadstone, Foxfire and Old Peterson Gallery. And speaking of galleries, Peterson Gallery is run by a local artist. And there's a couple of other inspiring galleries just up the street. And of course there's always the Arlington. So take a trip to Sunrun for some real food.
Stopped in for breakfast and was welcomed by smiles all around. Great people here selling delicious and nutritious foods, and other healthy dry food items from companies that source sustainably. Some fun homemade items as well- thanks Opal for being a great creator of herbal aromatic sprays! Yay for Maynooth stops, always a good idea.
