Food is great. But the over chunky lady who wears glasses and serves the food needs to be customer friendly. I hate being served by her and some days she has a real attitude. Would be nice to actually be greeted with a positive ' Hello how are you today ' than her unfriendly customer service. Perhaps she could look up how to learn customer communication?. I really enjoy chai yo's meals but it is such ashame that the customer service level is so bad. The blonde lady with glasses who works there is extremely unpleasent and always greets me so rudely with her fake and sarcastic tone while rolling her eyes. View all feedback.
I come here a lot. It tastes like it's made by people who enjoy accommodating others with a passion for food. Or maybe it just reminds me of home and I'm glad there's a place in Blenheim that serves food with spice and flavor. Food was average and staff was appallingly rude. Blonde girl with glasses with a horrible attitude who did not greet customers, proceeded to order and sat down. She then slammed the food on the table without saying anything and walked away. My appetite was ruined so I decided to get a take away container. As she was serving other customers, I waited as she was cheerful and pleasant to the other customers. Made we wonder what I did to deserve this treatment? I politely said to her before I left if I have offended her in some way, I apologize but that's no way to treat your customers. After reading some of the reviews here, it looks like she should not be in hospitality....
We are from out of town, we came across this little cute place while driving around yesterday. I had the yellow chicken curry delicious spice was just perfect. And the steam pork bun omg it's amazing. I couldn't help myself I when back and got me another yellow chicken curry but large this time. Service was good.
