The staff were not very communicative, so I think they could use some additional training at this location.

I asked if we could dine inside, and the girl at the window said it was open for now. When we entered, we were greeted by a room filled with flies and dirty tables. I ended up cleaning a table myself so we could eat. The server was distracted, chatting on her cell phone while we placed our order. To make matters worse, she later locked the doors, ignoring people trying to come in. Customers were turned away. Overall, the business is very poorly managed, and I won’t be returning.

Once s... read more My visit to this Wendy's was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. It took a full 10 minutes before anyone showed up at the counter to take orders. Once someone finally did, the employee spent over 12 minutes taking the order of two boys who were only purchasing four items. She even had to ask someone for help finding the items on the register twice. After they were done, it took her another 5 minutes to take our order. I kept my order simple: I had a coupon for a Buy One Get One Free Baconator, wanted to try the new Italian Mozzarella Chicken (which she also needed help with), and ordered two fries. I asked for a Frosty, but the only flavor available was peppermint. After placing our order, we waited another 10 minutes for our food. During our wait, a girl came in, whispered something to the employee, and walked away with two large cups of soda without paying. "I guess they're giving away sodas here too," the guy behind us remarked.
